App Launch
A lot of pre-work went into sitting with other retailers Apps, as well as understanding the flow of our online site so the online experience our user is familiar with felt intuitive in the App. This was my first time writing microcopy, so I sat close with the design team to understand the constraints and character limits, ultimately telling a seamless story and having a successful launch, average ~1.5 million in revenue a week.
